Pappa Coffee

Tucked next to the Brewery Museum on a narrow street a few steps from Pilsen's old town square, Pappa Coffee is run by a father and son who roast their own beans in small batches and taste every one before it goes into a cup. The pair have built custom house blends alongside single origin lots, treating the roasting side of the business with the same care as the small dining room out front, which fills up fast on weekend mornings.

Breakfast and brunch run daily into the early afternoon, with sourdough, avocado toast, scrambled eggs, pancakes, and a rotating case of cakes and pastries alongside the coffee. Bags of the house roasts, including single origin beans from Peru, Brazil, Colombia, Costa Rica, and Kenya, are sold to take home, and the shop also runs office coffee delivery and a mobile coffee bike for events around the city.
