Le Frenchie

Le Frenchie cafe storefront with a wall-mounted sign reading Le Frenchie cafe between two garland-trimmed windows, and terrace tables set out front

Patrik and Jana opened the first Le Frenchie on Pilsen's main square in 2015, drawing on Patrik's French background for a menu built around pastry and brunch, and the concept has since grown into a small local group of cafes. This branch sits at the edge of Smetanovy sady park, a calmer sibling to the original square location, with a garden facing terrace that fills up as soon as the weather allows.

Coffee comes from the Czech roastery Doubleshot, served as espresso and filter drinks alongside a menu built around homemade French pastries, croissants, quiche, and a full brunch that runs daily into the early afternoon. The room itself leans into the same French sensibility as the food, with a look distinct from the more classic Czech cafes nearby.
