WeBe Coffee Roasters

WeBe Coffee Roasters opened on Cave Creek Road in north Phoenix at the end of January 2023, built by head roaster TJ Sutton around a welcoming idea: specialty coffee newbies are invited, and nobody needs to know what a washed process, a geisha or a ristretto is to feel at home. The roaster sits in the back of the shop, so the beans are carefully roasted in Phoenix within sight of the counter.

The cafe pours espresso and filter coffee alongside house syrups, and bags of freshly roasted beans, merchandise and monthly subscriptions are sold through the shop. It is open from seven to three, Monday through Saturday, and closed on Sundays, and the roastery also supplies cafes, offices and homes beyond its own doors.
