Sagebrush Coffee Shop & Roastery

Sagebrush started as an online coffee store in 2012, when founder Matt Kellso was roasting in a garage, and moved through a small shop on Chandler Heights Road before settling into its current roastery and cafe on West Warner Road. Coffee here is roasted in small batches from producers around the world, with the website built around showing the hard work of the farmers behind each bag.

The cafe pours espresso drinks, pour overs and seasonal lattes, and the shop makes learning part of the visit, with in shop education, tastings and cupping sessions that compare coffees side by side. Beans are sorted on the website by flavor profile, country and process, and Hackberry Tea operates inside the space. It opens at half past six on weekdays and at seven on weekends, closing at five.
