Peixoto Coffee Roasters Gilbert

The second Peixoto cafe opened in September 2022 in Suite 100 of the Epicenter at Agritopia, a mixed use development at Ray and Higley Roads in Gilbert. It brings the same story as the Chandler original: coffee grown by the Peixoto family on their farm in Minas Gerais, Brazil, alongside lots from other producers around the world.

The menu covers espresso, brewed coffee and seasonal drinks that change through the year, with bags of freshly roasted beans on the counter for home brewing, and the coffees on the shelf shift with each new harvest. The cafe opens at six every morning and closes at six, or at seven on Fridays and Saturdays, and it shares its building with a patisserie and a barre studio.
