Fourtillfour Cafe

Fourtillfour was started by Nico Samaras, a Porsche enthusiast who wanted a place where vintage machines and good coffee could share the same room. The name nods to the Porsche 356, which reads as four till four when spoken as a time, and the Scottsdale cafe has become a regular gathering spot for classic car owners, with meetups held through the year.

The coffee is roasted under the Four Coffee name from direct trade lots, and the team travels to origin and imports its own green beans. The cafe sells bags and subscriptions through its shop and has outdoor seating, and the doors open at seven every day and close at two, so it works best as a morning stop.
