Fillmore Coffee Co.

Fillmore Coffee Co. sits on the ground floor of the Skyline Loft apartments in the heart of downtown Phoenix, opened by Australian born owner Tristan Davies, who brought his home country's strong coffee culture with him. The coffee is roasted in house, and the espresso drinks are built around those beans.

The kitchen makes daily pastries, salads, sandwiches and wraps from local ingredients, all prepared in house, and the cafe hosts events and takes catering orders. It opens at seven on weekdays and at eight on Saturdays and Sundays, closing at three or two, so it fits both an early start and a quiet weekend morning. Fillmore also offers catering for events of any size, from birthday parties to weddings, planned to each client's taste.
