Driftwood Coffee Co.

Driftwood began with a friendship between Luke Bentley and Lance Linderman, who opened the shop in Old Town Peoria in 2017 next to Axiom Church at 83rd Avenue and Jefferson Street. They wanted more than a coffee counter, a place where people could drink, eat and simply exist together, and the shop also hosts a monthly market for local vendors.

The founders love supporting other coffee shops and roasters, so the beans come from across the country, and there is always a choice between a locally roasted Arizona coffee and a nationally roasted one. Coffee, pastries, tea and burritos are served daily, and the doors stay open from seven in the morning until six in the evening, seven days a week.
