Pilgrim Roasters

Pilgrim Roasters is a small batch roaster and cafe on Main Street in Manayunk, inside the neighborhood's National Historic District and about fifteen minutes from Center City by car. Its coffees are roasted each week right in the back of the cafe on a vintage Probat drum roaster.

The seasonal menu of single origins changes through the year, and the cafe pours coffee, espresso and tea, including a full menu of single origin pour overs. Pastries from Au Fournil Bakery arrive daily alongside grab and go snacks. The cafe sits close to the Schuylkill River Trail, which makes it a regular stop for cyclists, and the staff are happy to talk through the coffees on offer.
