Function Coffee Labs

Function Coffee Labs treats coffee as something to be measured and tuned, a neighborhood shop in Bella Vista where coffee meets science. Each coffee is brewed to a recipe developed to bring out the flavors of that particular bean, with the aim of making specialty coffee knowledge accessible to everyone who walks in.

The house coffee is a rotating single origin, usually from Central or South America, roasted by sister company Vibrant Coffee Roasters. Three Lab Line single origins are prepared as Hario V60 pour overs, one of them also as espresso, and the shop is known for a single origin espresso that is typically African. Food includes house made sourdough pastries, toasts on organic sourdough, a breakfast sandwich and vegan overnight oats.
