Micrology Coffee Roasters

Micrology has been roasting coffee in Perth since 2013, but it took years before the team opened a cafe of their own, taking over a warehouse unit in Osborne Park and turning it into a blue and peach specialty coffee hub. Custom light fixtures, terrazzo topped tables, and a couch running the length of one wall give the room a considered, slightly playful feel, while the roaster and cold brew tanks sit in full view of anyone at the counter.

The bar runs pour over, Aeropress, V60, and cold brew on tap alongside standard espresso, pulled on a mix of La Marzocco, Synesso, and under counter Modbar machines. A retail wall stocks bagged beans, brewing gear from Hario and Timemore, and Micrology merchandise, with baked goods supplied by Big Loaf. It's open weekday mornings from 6am to 2pm and Saturdays from 7am to 12:30pm, closed Sundays.
