Howard's Groove Coffee

Howard's Groove sits below street level on Howard Street, a basement coffee bar from the team also behind Smooth Operator and Twin Peaks Coffee Roasters. It's a compact, retro leaning room that gets busy the moment it opens, filling with CBD workers grabbing a flat white or one of the house specialties like the Mont Blanc before heading into the office towers above.

Twin Peaks supplies the house coffee, with a rotating single origin from other roasters running alongside it, and a small retail wall by the counter sells takeaway beans, brewing gear, and merchandise for anyone who wants to keep the morning going at home. It keeps strictly weekday hours, open 6:30am to 2pm Monday to Friday and closed on weekends, built entirely around the office crowd it serves.
