Doboz Coffee Shop

Doboz Coffee Shop runs a second, smaller outpost on Rákóczi út in the historic center, a self service counter known for its light roast coffee. Its sister location out by Szilárd Leó park near the university campus opened first and carries the fuller amenity list, but this central spot on one of Pécs's main pedestrian streets is the more convenient stop for anyone exploring the old town on foot.

Both addresses stay open every day, this one from seven in the morning to six at night, with guest coffees rotating through, including a Square One Coffee Roasters harvest lot around the shop's most recent expansion. Panna, one of the staff behind the counter, is known for her recommendations.
