Terres de Café Bourbon le Château

The navy and gold Terres de Café shopfront next to an arched stone doorway on Rue de Bourbon le Château

A compact navy and gold shopfront on a narrow street between Rue de Seine and Rue de Buci, set into old stone beside a heavy arched doorway. The shop opened in the autumn of 2022 and describes itself as an intimate neighbourhood hangout for specialty coffee lovers, which suits a small room built around the counter and the shelves of bags.

Coffees from Terres de Café's own roasting are poured as espresso and filter, with cold brew on the menu, and the bags on the wall are graded by cupping score so you can choose a single origin to take home. It opens at eight on weekdays and half past nine at the weekend, closing at seven, making it an easy stop between the galleries and the bookshops of Saint Germain.
