Blondie Coffee Shop Saint Georges

The first Blondie opened in April 2023 on Rue Saint Georges in the 9th and is the address where the group does its roasting. The Coelo house blend, a light roast of Brazil, Colombia, Ethiopia and Guatemala, is roasted here, and the same blend goes through the baristas' machine and onto the shelf to take home.

The look borrows from an American diner with an industrial edge, and the counter sets coffee beside generous pastries and a street food menu that is American in spirit. A brunch card runs at the weekend. It is the Blondie to choose if the beans are the point, and it opens a little earlier on weekdays than at the weekend, closing in the early evening.
