Blondie's Left Bank address sits on Rue du Bac in the 7th, a couple of minutes from the Seine and the Quai Voltaire, behind a blue timber shopfront that stands out from the pale stone around it. It is the group's address on the other side of the river from the original Saint Georges shop, and it brings the Coelo house blend to a neighbourhood better known for antique dealers and galleries than for specialty coffee.

The house blend goes through the baristas' machine and the beans are sold to take home, in the same diner meets industrial spirit as the rest of the group. It opens early on weekdays and keeps slightly longer hours at the weekend, which makes it an easy morning stop before the Musée d'Orsay or after a walk along the quays.
