Bel Horizon Coffee Roasters

A small, minimalist coffee shop on Boulevard Garibaldi in the 15th, the Paris counter of a roaster whose workshop sits outside the city in Montesson. Bel Horizon roasts with precise, repeatable methods so the same coffee tastes the same from one bag to the next, and the shop is where the roastery says it serves its best coffee, from brewed filter to espresso.

The range moves with the seasons, from the Cordillera del Fuego and Finca Bella Vista coffees to a numbered Singularity series of filter roasts such as Gasharu and Okapa, all sold in bags beside the counter. The roaster also works with independent coffee brands, so the cups here come from a place with serious roasting kit behind it. It keeps weekday hours until the early evening and opens at ten at the weekend.
