Bloom & Brew

Bloom & Brew built its name on freshly roasted coffee dressed up with a florist's eye, garlands of paper and silk flowers frame the entrance and hang from the ceiling at its Stenersgata room a short walk from Oslo City, and green velvet chairs fill out a bright, plant heavy interior. The menu leans into color as much as flavor, a beetroot based Pink Latte and a turmeric Golden Latte sit alongside matcha and the straight espresso drinks, all built on the shop's own freshly roasted beans.

A second, smaller room operates across town at Vulkan, but Stenersgata is the flagship, open long hours daily from early morning into the evening on weekdays. Fresh waffles round out the coffee side of the menu, and the small team behind the counter keeps the operation feeling like a personal project rather than a chain despite the two locations. Vegan milk is available on request alongside the usual dairy.
