Glitch Coffee Osaka

Glitch opened its Osaka branch on the ground floor of Festival Tower West in June 2022, seven years after Kiyokazu Suzuki started the original Kanda shop in Tokyo. The Nakanoshima room sits under the Conrad hotel with high ceilings, floor to ceiling windows and a mix of vintage furniture around a long black counter, a calmer and more open take on the Tokyo original.

The bar keeps upward of ten beans in rotation at any time, priced and labelled by origin, with everything brewed to order as pour over or pulled as espresso. Selections run from everyday single origins to rarer and pricier microlots, including Geisha lots when they are in season, and the counter staff will walk a first time visitor through what is pouring that day.
