Stemma Craft Coffee

Stemma traces back four generations to the Blandon family's coffee farm, Finca La Misericordia, in the mountains of Jinotega, Nicaragua. Rebecca Maria Blandon opened the Orange Avenue shop with her mother Maria in October 2022, after her father passed, turning decades of growing coffee into a downtown Orlando cafe built around that same family bean.

The espresso program runs on Stemma's own micro roasted lots, hand selected from the family farm and finished into drinks like the Iced Dirty Mama, a double shot paired with horchata, alongside a rotating list of seasonal lattes. Bags of the roast go home with regulars, and the kitchen keeps a short menu of croissant and brisket sandwiches for the downtown lunch crowd stopping in between meetings.
