Deeply Cafe and Bottle Shop

The granite storefront of Deeply with its black wordmark sign above glass double doors etched with the Deeply Coffee logo

Ryan Holden opened Deeply in 2018 on Magnolia Avenue, a block off Lake Eola, inside a bright, almost Scandinavian looking room built around a Kees van der Westen Spirit Triplette, one of the more serious espresso machines you will find in a Florida cafe. The bean list changes seasonally but leans hard into the Nordic scene, past lineups have included Drop Coffee Roasters from Stockholm, Friedhats from the Netherlands, and Nomad from Barcelona, an unusually well traveled roster for a shop this size.

Order the Coffee Cola if you want to taste espresso and cola syrup together, or stick with a cortado pulled on whatever single origin is currently in the hopper. The bottle shop half of the name refers to a tightly edited selection of natural wine sold alongside the coffee, and the enclosed back patio is one of downtown Orlando's more reliable spots to bring a dog along for a slow morning.
