Yellow Sun Coffee Roasters

Yellow Sun Coffee Roasters debuted in Bushwick in September 2025, founded by Mohammad Wahid and Khaled Sedeq. The coffee is roasted on a 15 kg Loring at the Shared Roasting co roastery in Brooklyn.

Rotating single origin pour overs change every two weeks and focus on traceable lots, with more shops under consideration for Williamsburg, the West Village and Park Slope.
