White Noise Coffee roasts its own beans, and the business began in 2018 when the founder converted her parents' Korean bodega in Flushing into a coffee shop. This Hell's Kitchen shop opened in 2022 as the company's third, after Queens and Brooklyn.

The space is calm and mindful, with light Asian influences in the food, and it is open every day.
