The guest list reaches from Datura, a micro roastery in Paris, to September, a micro roastery in the Canadian capital, and the brand describes its offer as a tailor made coffee experience.

The room is light filled with a modern feel, and the preparation is careful. Brunch standards sit alongside the coffee, and beans are sold online with store pickup in the city. It opens at seven on weekdays and eight at the weekend, closing at five.
