St Kilda Coffee Hell's Kitchen

St Kilda's West 46th Street cafe is small, minimalist and Australian founded, a room with a handful of two seat tables and a counter that turns out fruity, vivid single origin coffees. It opened in 2024 as the newer of the company's Hell's Kitchen cafes, the first being a basement spot a little further south on West 44th Street.

The company roasts the coffee it pours and sells retail bags and subscriptions through its site, in bold, colorful packaging that is easy to spot. A short list of local pastries sits alongside the espresso bar. The shop opens at seven on weekdays, and hours run long in the evening, to eight at night from Tuesday to Saturday.
