Sojourner Coffee opened in April 2022 in a former coffee storefront in Harlem, and kept the restored vintage tin ceiling. The owners aim for a wider expression of coffee while keeping it approachable and affordable.

Beans are sold for home brewing, including Plowshares from Harlem, and laptop users are welcome at the tables. It is open every day, with weekday mornings starting at half past seven.
