Pueblo Querido Coffee Roasters

Pueblo Querido opened its original shop and roastery in Greenpoint in 2016, serving Colombian coffee. Roasting began on a 2.5 kg Diedrich, and the company now also runs a 20 kg Mill City Roasters machine in a 4,000 square foot production facility.

Owner Christian Guzman Herrera has grown it to five cafes across Brooklyn and Queens, with this Greenpoint Avenue shop as the first.
