Interlude Coffee & Tea serves George Howell Coffee, with tea from Tea Dealers given equal billing on the menu. The bakery program is run by the founder's sister, and the pastries are baked in house.

This is the second shop, opened in April 2025 at the base of 111 Murray, following the original at 145 Hudson Street from 2018. It keeps weekday hours only.
