Green Lane Coffee

Dmitry Miroshnichenko opened the first Green Lane Coffee in Greenpoint, Brooklyn in September 2020, and this 96th Street room took over a storefront previously home to Gertrude Coffee after that shop closed. The brand has since expanded across multiple Manhattan addresses while keeping the same straightforward focus on well sourced coffee that built the original room's following.
The shop describes itself as a favorite among neighborhood dogs, a detail that shows up as much in its own brand story as in customer visits, and retail coffee and merchandise are sold alongside the counter. It reads as a genuine community stop on a stretch of upper Broadway that has seen real turnover among its coffee options.
