Dayglow

Dayglow is a multi roaster cafe on the Bushwick and East Williamsburg border, in a former automotive welding space on Wilson Avenue that it opened in 2023. It rotates coffees from roasters around the world, with some coffee roasted under its own name, and the brand is built around discovering coffees from every timezone, including a subscription for exactly that.

The room is glossy and bright, closer to a coffee lab crossed with a bar than a neighborhood sofa cafe, with a wall of bags to take home and tables inside and out. The same room works as a cafe by day and as Niteglow, a bar for beer and cocktails, by night, so the drinks run from clean filter coffee to inventive coffee cocktails. It is open from seven in the morning until eleven at night.
