City League Coffee Roasters began as a roaster in a Brooklyn garage in 2018 and opened this Bay Ridge cafe in January 2023. Green coffee comes mainly from Collaborative Origins, Unblended Coffee and Yellow Rooster.

The interior is themed around basketball and 90s pop, with seats salvaged from Shea Stadium. There is room for more than fifty people inside and out, and the cafe is open every day.
