Canyon Coffee Brooklyn is the second cafe from the Los Angeles roaster founded in 2016, opened in Prospect Heights in March 2026. The coffee ships from the Downtown Los Angeles roastery, which runs a Loring S35 Kestrel.

Named producer partners include ASPRASAR in Colombia, SNAP Coffee in Ethiopia and Finca Churupampa in Peru. The cafe is open Monday to Saturday from seven to five.
