Arcane Estate Coffee

Arcane Estate Coffee is a small West Village shop that serves coffee from Panama and nowhere else, grown in the Chiriquí highlands on the founder's family farms. The idea is a single country told in depth, with rotating micro lots poured by the cup and offered as tasting flights.

The room is dark and intimate, with wood panelling and brass details. Limited bag releases sell out quickly and are capped per customer, so it pays to ask what is on the shelf when you visit.
