Ugly Mugs Coffee & Tea

Ugly Mugs has run on the Eastland Avenue corridor since 2008, making it one of East Nashville's longest running independent cafes. It operates in partnership with sister shop Retrograde, serving locally roasted specialty coffee alongside a wide tea selection and scratch made sourdough bagels.

The room functions as a genuine community gathering spot for the neighborhood, with plenty of tables and a decent number of power outlets, plus lawn patio seating when the indoor tables fill up.
