Steadfast Coffee

Nathanael Mehrens, Sean Stewart and Jamie Cunningham opened Steadfast in May 2015, Mehrens and Stewart both Crema Coffee veterans, Stewart having helped launch Crema's roasting program and Mehrens serving as a barista manager and quality lead there. Steadfast originally served guest roasters like Sweet Bloom and Slate before building its own roastery, based in Franklin, now sold under the Steadfast label.

The signature item is a coffee soda on tap, a fizzy coffee and citrus drink made in collaboration with Fat Bottom Brewery, and a full food menu of breakfast, lunch, soups and salads runs alongside beer, wine and cocktails, making the room function as an all day neighborhood hang rather than just a coffee counter.
