Honest Coffee Roasters

Honest Coffee Roasters started in 2014 in Franklin, Tennessee, described as Franklin's first specialty coffee roasting company, housed in a ninety year old former stove factory. This Lea Ave shop is the brand's downtown Nashville outpost, built with a more modern, minimalist design than the historic Franklin flagship, sitting on the lower floor of the 805 Lea apartment building.

Honest operates as a microroastery and espresso and pour over bar, roasting its coffee in Middle Tennessee and sourcing directly from farmers globally rather than through a broker. The company now runs four Middle Tennessee cafes in total, two in Franklin and one each downtown and in West Nashville.
