Dose Cafe and Dram Bar

Keith Steunebrink founded Dose in 2009 at an original West Nashville address, building the brand around coffee that foregrounds origin, preparation and presentation, and the Rosemary Biscuit that started there remains a signature item. This Riverside Village location, branded Dose Cafe and Dram Bar, adds coffee cocktails and alcohol to the standard espresso and tea program, running past typical cafe hours into the evening.

In January 2024 Dose launched its own house coffee line, roasted for it by Methodical Coffee in Greenville, South Carolina, letting the company follow the bean from farm to table rather than buying pre roasted stock. All three current Dose locations share a scratch made food menu and bakery items from sister bakery Sift.
