Trunk Coffee Lab

Trunk Coffee Lab is the Higashibetsuin branch of the Trunk company, which also runs the Takaoka coffee bar and roasts its own specialty beans on a German Probat roaster. It sits on the ground floor of an Iseyama building a short walk from Higashibetsuin station, away from the busier centre of the city.

The cafe opens at 9 in the morning every day, and the cups are poured from the same specialty grade coffee that Trunk roasts for all of its shops.
