Shrub Coffee Fushimi

Shrub Coffee Fushimi is the second Nagoya shop of the Shrub group, a few minutes' walk from Fushimi station on the Tsurumai line. Its lineup is limited to coffee from the producing countries where Shrub has spent more than ten years building relationships, so each cup comes from a place the team knows well.

The shop also serves as the group's seminar room, and regular coffee classes and cupping sessions are held here. The roasting is done at Shrub's roastery in Kuwana, and the focus throughout is the idea of specialty coffee from seed to cup.
