Nimrod Coffee Stand is a small roastery stand on a Kikui side street, about fifteen minutes on foot west of Nagoya Station. Beans are roasted on site and poured as drip coffee to drink at the front or take away, with seasonal single origins alongside the house Nimrod Blend.

The roasting room can also be booked by the hour. Home roasters bring their own green beans or buy them in the shop and work on a Fuji Royal one kilogram gas roaster or an Aillio, and a first roast course walks beginners through a batch.
