FREAK COFFEE ROASTERS

FREAK COFFEE ROASTERS is a light roast specialist on the second floor of a small building a few minutes from Fujigaoka station. Its founders spent years drinking coffee across Europe, Australia and Japan before opening, and the aim is to make good coffee an ordinary part of the day rather than a special occasion.

The filter list is picked each day from the beans on sale, usually four coffees, and the espresso is a light roasted single origin that changes every week or two. Cold brew, tiramisu, cheesecake and toasted sandwiches are on the menu, and beans, subscriptions and brewing gear are sold online.
