Supremo Kaffeerösterei

Supremo is a family run specialty roastery that has worked from Kapellenstraße in Unterhaching, just south of Munich, since 2005. Beans are roasted one batch at a time in small cast iron drums and cooled with air, a method the roastery calls Cast Iron Slow Roast, and the range leans on direct trade lots, from everyday blends to micro and nano lots from farms in Central and South America, Africa and Asia Pacific.
The roastery and cafe share one address, so a cup of espresso or filter coffee can be followed by a bag to take home. The family also runs its own coffee farm, Finca Doña Elsa, and the roastery has been named Roaster of the Year in 2008 and again in 2020. The cafe and shop open on weekdays and on Saturday until the afternoon.
