Pacandé Kaffeerösterei

A large black and white wall mural at Pacande reading Specialty Colombian Coffee, filled with a jaguar, a Willys jeep, palms, a toucan, a monkey and coffee plants

Pacandé is a Colombian coffee roastery with a small bar in a passage on Implerstraße in Sendling, built around one idea: bring coffee from Colombian farms to Munich with as few steps in between as possible. The beans are imported directly and negotiated with the producers, and many are microlots, meaning each one comes from a single farm.

The range is sorted into three easy to follow groups so you can pick by taste: rare and exclusive nano lots in small quantities, exotic and lively coffees with fruity and floral notes, and classic, balanced cups with chocolate tones and a medium roast. You can drink them at the bar or take them home as whole beans, and the team also runs workshops on espresso, filter coffee and tasting.
