Micro Espresso NDG

Micro Espresso is a Montreal roaster built on the idea of great coffee roasted by locals, for their own neighborhoods, and its Notre-Dame-de-Grâce counter on Rue Sherbrooke Ouest is where that idea meets the west end. The menu spans classic old world espresso and expressive micro lot single origins, each chosen for character and clarity.

The room is compact and bright, with a blond wood counter, white tile, and filament bulbs hanging over a letter board menu of espresso drinks. Shelves of freshly roasted bags run along the walls, so a cortado or flat white at the bar easily turns into a bag of beans to take home. The same team also runs cafes in Old Montreal and Mile End.
