Vitality Roasting Skyway

Vitality Roasting opened this skyway cafe in 2021 on the skyway level of the building at 601 S Marquette Avenue, Suite 220, and it remains the company's flagship. A small team of roasters and baristas looks after both the beans and the bar, which keeps the room personal, with local art on the walls and seasonal specials rotating through the menu.

The coffees are single origins from places such as Ethiopia, served as espresso and as brewed coffee, with a half caff option for those who want one, and the kitchen makes grab and go snacks from scratch. It has a following among the downtown offices around it. The cafe is open on weekdays from seven in the morning to four in the afternoon and is closed at weekends.
