Spyhouse Coffee Uptown

Spyhouse Coffee's second cafe opened on Hennepin Avenue in 2008, in a 1909 brownstone near West 24th Street. The shop pays homage to early America, with exposed brick walls, tin ceilings and Americana antiques scattered through the room.
High ceilings and natural light make it the most spacious of the Spyhouse cafes, with plenty of seats for a quick coffee on the commute or a long catch up with friends. Drinks are made from the company's own roasting, with non caffeinated options and snacks alongside. Tasting notes on the menu borrow from cocktails, and the beans lean toward lighter roasts. It is open every day from seven in the morning until six in the evening.
