SK Coffee Skyway

SK Coffee's downtown shop is on the skyway level of 50 South Sixth, a small, bright and plant filled space with Scandinavian touches and a Dala horse for a logo. A pour over bar lets you sit with a barista and talk about the coffee while your drink is made, and everything served is single origin.

Pour overs lead the menu, with espresso drinks such as cortados and cappuccinos alongside them. Handmade crafts from local artists are for sale, and crayons and colored pencils are out for anyone who wants to draw while they wait. The shop is open only on weekdays, from seven in the morning until three in the afternoon, which suits a skyway breakfast or an early lunch break.
