The building has had earlier lives as an auto shop, a comedy club and The Beat, a cafe and music venue, and today it holds a seating area and an entryway, with food and drink menus posted online for anyone planning a visit.

Roasting here leans light, because the company thinks a light roast is the best way to taste what each coffee it buys has to offer, and the menu includes a single origin batch brew and a single origin espresso.
