Sevengrams Corso Venezia (Coffee Studio 7Gr)

The second Coffee Studio is a very small space on Corso Venezia, set up for tasting rather than lingering: a take away window and a counter built around a rotating list of more than twenty coffees from Sevengrams. Blends and single origins run from classic profiles to experimental lots, each prepared as espresso, filter or batch brew. The format is more open and contemporary than the original studio on Via Valparaiso, which keeps the courses and the lab.

The coffee is roasted in Milan by Sevengrams under its Lot Zero line, and freshly roasted bags and brewing equipment are sold at the counter. The studio reopened after the summer break at the end of August and keeps a steady day from nine to six, opening an hour later on Sundays.
