Risplendente

Risplendente is a small neighborhood coffee bar tucked into the residential streets between Piazzale Lotto and Portello, and it calls itself specialty home coffee and food. A different guest roaster takes the spotlight each month, with Pier Coffee Roasters from Puglia and Aliena Coffee Roasters among those featured, while Carnera supplies the house blend and single origins. Filter coffee, cold brew and moka sit alongside espresso, so there is room to taste an origin more than one way.

The bar has appeared in the Gambero Rosso bar guide two years running, and in the 2026 edition it earned two cups and two beans. It opens early on weekdays, closes by mid afternoon and keeps a shorter Saturday morning, and stays closed on Sundays. On Wednesday and Friday evenings from 18:00 it switches to an aperitivo format built around a drink and a personal tasting tray.
